Current Offerings

Functional Fitness at Middleton Senior Center: This small group personal training class uses functional movements to support and enhance everyday activities. Exercises are performed from a standing and seated position using dumbbells and bands, and includes balance, strength and stretching.

4 week session, Mondays and Wednesdays 1:30-2:15 p.m.

Core Strength & Stretch: Having a strong core and the awareness to “turn it on” , provides a stable foundation for our daily movements. This beginner-level class consists of floor-level and standing exercises.

4 week session, Mondays 2:30-3:00 p.m.
