If you need to cancel a session please e-mail empowherfitnessllc@gmail.com or call/text 608-461-8268 as soon as possible.
Cancellations must be received 12 hours in advance of the personal training session start time to avoid being charged for the session.
Emergencies happen, and cancellations for unusual circumstances with less than 12-hour notice will be up to the discretion of EmpowHer Fitness LLC.
Clients arriving late will receive the remaining scheduled session time, unless other arrangements have been previously made.
If EmpowHer Fitness LLC needs to cancel a session, the client will not be charged, and every effort will be made to reschedule the session within the same week.
The expiration policy requires completion of all personal training sessions within one year from the date of purchase. Personal training sessions are void after this time period.
There is non-refundable convenience fee for all credit and debit card payments made through PayPal.
